​Grown beautifully in rich, loose soil, we work directly with farmers for the finest shallots. Using our own innovative processing methods, we peel them via our propriety machinery in Singapore and supply worldwide.

They are mildly sweet yet boast a depth of flavour, and are an excellent aromatic to any dish.

Choose shallots that are smooth, firm and dense. Avoid shallots that feel too light or don’t have a little weight to them — those are likely to be old and have dried up, and therefore tend to be less flavourful.

We currently export to more than 2 countries, distributing the very best quality peeled fresh fruits and vegetables around the world, and eventually onto the consumer's plate.
